Yeah, that's not a problem. How does your spouse feel about you [repeat back what they said they wanted]? (this is just the start of overcoming this concern)

Yeah, that's not a problem. Just so I can put together the best information for you. What exactly are you looking for in that? (this leads into a two-way conversation, rather than just emailing them info)
