What are your sleeping habits?
I go to sleep when I feel like it! I have no fixed sleep schedule.
During the week I go to sleep at fairly regular times but at the weekends I do as I please.
I usually go to bed about the same time.
What are your eating and drinking habits? Do you take your sleep into account?
I eat and drink what I want, when I want. Before I go to sleep I have a few glasses of wine or whatever is available. This helps me fall asleep and forget my worries.
I try not to eat too much or too late or have a coffee too late in the afternoon. But sometimes my day is really full!
I always avoid big meals caffeinated drinks and alcohol before bedtime. I try to calm myself with reading, meditation etc.
What do day and night mean to you?
Well, they describe a 24-hour cycle. One is light, the other dark! That's all!
I try to get sleep at night. But sometimes I sleep till noon!
I get my sunlight exposure in the morning and I darken my bedroom in the evening so I don't confuse the two. That's how I sleep best.
