Practitioner's views on risked based play and learning in the outdoor environment.
Please note: all participants have the right to withdraw from the survey at any time and are able to skip any questions they are not able to or do not wish to answer. Each of the questions focus on your thoughts towards the concept of 'risk-based' play and how it is supported within the outdoor surroundings of your setting. The findings from this research will be used in the research project created by Katy Wass. Once the project has been completed, all information given by participants will be deleted. 
During the process of the research project all participants have the right to withdraw at any time, before or during the process. The participant can withdraw the information which they have given, until two weeks after the process by contacting Katy Wass at was14001183@students.wnc.ac.uk. 
The identity of all participants will remain anonymous throughout the process and confidentiality of all information will be retained.
