My house (White Plains NY) - first floor only, our heating doesn’t work 😭, we prob have to move furniture, and we can’t make too much noise b/c my parents are there. Benefits: could be closer, sleepover option, fun and food etc.

Mo’s house (Jamaica, Queens) - far as FUCK, but the entire house is free, no noise limit,, I can try to get people (myself included) to carpool, etc sleepover most likely (NO DRINKING & DRIVING), games music fun .
