It will not allow you to purchase it, as you have additional services active that are included within the package - the error will display to avoid incurring additional costs. You have to purchase individual services during renewal
If you are able to send us a screenshot of the error message, we can raise an internal ticket to Germany for this to be added in manually to your account
I have made a purchase through the store, how long till this shows in my vehicle?
