I have 3 services already active on my ConnectedDrive account, I am trying to purchase an additional package from the store but it displays an error message, how can I fix this?
It will not allow you to purchase it, as you have additional services active that are included within the package - the error will display to avoid incurring additional costs. You have to purchase individual services during renewal
If you are able to send us a screenshot of the error message, we can raise an internal ticket to Germany for this to be added in manually to your account
I have made a purchase through the store, how long till this shows in my vehicle?
24 hours after purchase/payment has cleared
10-14 days once the invoice has generated

I have created an account and it is set to Germany how can I fix this?
Vehicle must be taken to dealership to be manually changed to Australian region
Ticket must be raised for region to be changed to Australia via CDC

Vehicle needs to be diagnosed first for Apple car Play to be inputted into vehicle
Ensure WIFI and bluetooth are turned on via the phone and manually setup the same way as a bluetooth connection
