The correct procedure for logging in for your shift is typing "Good morning/evening" in the chat, and logging into Twilio anytime before 8:05am.

If you are later or going to be later than 5 minutes after your shift time, or you are calling out select all the steps that are required to be followed

For the purpose of the foundation's policy Excessive Absenteeism is defined as three (3) or more unscheduled absences in a rolling ninety (60) day period. Excessive Tardiness and an Incomplete Shift for this policy is defined as three (3) or more unexcused incidents of arriving to your shift five (5) minutes or more late and also not completing your scheduled shift in a rolling thirty (60) day period.

Failure to call and appear for work as scheduled, in accordance with the Foundation’s policy. Three (3) consecutive No Call/No Shows is considered a voluntary resignation without notice.

As the employee, it is your responsibility to notify your Supervisor when you will be absent from work or tardy as soon as possible before your work starting time at least....

The foundation prefers time off requests to be submitted within 7 days, however requires a minimum of 72-hour notices excluding weekends and Holidays.
