"I cannot access my book 'Environmental Science: Toward A Sustainable Future' on the bookshelf app on my phone. I’ve tried turning my phone on & off, closing the app, clicking on the “update library” option, but only my 'Introduction to Business' textbook is available on my app. I’m using the correct email address and password, and I am able to access the book on my PC and on the mobile browser, just not on the Bookshelf app. Is there a different way I need to do so I can access the book on-the-go, without having to rely on the internet to read my book on the Bookshelf app?"
