What is your approach to protecting insulin from the summer heat?

I avoid spending a lot of time outside

I keep my insulin (vial, pen, pump) out of direct sunlight and don’t leave it in a car

I use a thermal pouch (such as “Frio”) when going outdoors

I keep my insulin in a cooler with ice when away from home

I just don’t worry about it. If it spoils, it spoils.
