If we tell them the balance and they hang up what disposition do we use?

Person says they put a check in the mail yesterday.

Person doesn't want to give insurance card again because they have a million times before.

You completed a call with the spouse.

They state they are on HIPAA papers.

They say they can't pay this they have no money

They made a check payment with you over the phone.

They want to get another mailed statement before they pay anything.

You get dead air or a voicemail

You tell them the balance on the account and they tell you to stop calling and hang up
