In 2014 PISA released results from their survey into the financial literacy of 29000 fifteen year olds in 18 countries. Looking at the results what percentage of the youths could be seen as proficient and what percentage were below the baseline standards? What do these results indicate?

In Canada 66% of the students reported that what they know of personal finance was learned from their parents. This has socio-economic implications for these students into the future.
