How Good Am I

I am doing things that I find interesting every day.

I have people I can depend on.

I get a minimum of 45 minutes of physical exercise daily

I have money for my basic needs

My neighborhood is a healthy and safe place to live

I have opportunities to use my strengths each day

I have plenty of love in my life

I get enough physical exercise to make me feel strong and healthy every day

I spend money on activities and experiences, rather than material things

I can not imagine living in a home or community better suited to my needs and lifestyle
