2016 DEC Officer Elections 

The positions you are voting for will be at the top of the ballot.  There are four Officer positions on the ballot.  Please select either the incumbent or "other" and fill in your nomination for that position within the space provided.  Selecting the Incumbent will automatically advance to the next position on the ballot.  You will be able to go BACK if you make a mistake.

 

Self nominations are allowed and encouraged.  Only one vote may be cast per household.  If there is a split household, please cast your vote online and contact us at info@downeastcyclists.com to cast your secondary household ballot.  After the election process,  nominees who have won as a write-in will be required to personally accept the position.  If the nominee declines the position, the next highest in votes who accepts the position will become the officer-elect.  If the Incumbent wins the election, acceptance of the position is not required, though the Incumbent may concede at any time if the challenger will accept the nomination.  The officer-elect will begin official duties on January 1, 2017.
