The other team are winning and the referee seems to be giving them all the decisions, you've just put a challenge in you feel is fair but the referee has given a free kick against you, how should you respond?
Look towards your coach to see if they agree with the decision and let them speak on your behalf
Questions the referee and ask him why
Show your frustration by shouting or being aggressive
Complain to your own teammates on the sly about the referees decisions
During the training session the coach explains something and you don't understand what should you do? (You can choose more than one answer)
Wait until you get a quiet moment to tell the coach you didn't understand
Put your hand up immediately and say ''sorry I didn't quite understand''
Ask a teammate who usually does understand for them to clarify once the coach has finished explaining
Stay quiet and hope someone else will put their hand up
