Government

In this country, their is one agency that controls everything. There is no separation of power in this country. Everything must be approved by this one agency. This agency might make other locations, but it's still the same government agency. They do not give out their power to other regional governments.

In this country, Elizabeth is elected to the head of the executive branch by the people. She did not get her power from the legislative branch. She works with the legislative branch, but she is not one of them.

In this country, Mark and his group of friends run the show. Together, the small group of them make decisions that will affect everyone else. They made themselves the leaders of the country and no one can take that away from them. They don't care what the people think because the people can't do anything about it anyway.

In this country, there is a central government, but most power lies with all the regional governments that make up that country. The central government holds very little power.

In this country, Steve is the leader and he does whatever he wants. He institutes policies however he sees fit and there is nothing the people can do about it. Steve does not answer to them. If he wants to raise taxes, then he raises taxes.

In this very tiny country, whenever an issue arises, all the people in the country meet in an auditorium and they vote on the issue. There is no select group of people who vote on issues, all the people just come together and cast a vote and the majority wins.

In this community, people go to the polls every 3 years and they vote on who they think should be on the city council. The people on the city council will hold meetings and vote in place of those who elected them. They will serve as representatives of their community

In this country, there is a main central government, but they have divided their powers to another level that consists of states. Some powers are exclusive to the big government agency, and some powers are exclusive to the state agencies.

In this country, people elect a group of lawmakers and then the lawmakers choose a prime minister out of their own group. This ties the legislative branch with the executive branch more closely. If the legislative group thinks the prime minister is doing a bad job, they just vote him out of office.
