What's your CEO Nervous System's Archetype?

I struggle setting boundaries and saying now to clients. It's difficult to speak up!

I often feel tired and unmotivated, I have to push through to show up.

I feel young, healthy and energised. I'm normally very calm and focused.

I am a pro at multitasking. I can do so many things at the same time.

I live in a roller coaster of emotions! I'm always up and down.

I feel like I always rush from one thing to another. Actually, I'm doing something and I'm already planning the next thing to do.

If I'm honest I follow others' strategies and business plans. I still don't know to do it my own way.

My brain feels foggy and scattered, I feel like I have a lot to handle and think about.

I'm quite reactive. I have very little patience and I snap at my team and people around me quite often.

I am just like Buddha in a CEO form: centred, peaceful and grounded.

When I'm asked how I am, I'm not sure what to answer. I feel quite neutral. Even numb sometimes.

I speak up and I ask for what I need. I ask for support and I set boundaries with clients.

I am concerned about my clients results. I feel responsible for them and I'm afraid they won't get where I want them to be.

I sometimes notice that while I'm working I keep holding my breath.

I love working and I feel so relaxed while I do. I feel at ease and I take on thing at the time.

While I want to slow down and relax so bad, I feel like I struggle with it! I find myself doing things ALL the time

I normally feel quite tense in my body. There's a tightness to it. I also crenche my jaw a lot. Sometimes it even hurts!

If I'm doing something, I'll wait until I'm done before I go to the toilet if I need to pee, or eat something if I'm hungry

I'm usually stressed and anxious. I'm quite use to feeling overwhelmed.

While I'm on call, writing content and just working I breathe slowly and deeply without even noticing it.

I'm a bit of a control freak. I need things my way and I can be quite critique if they aren't like I want.

I am normally afraid of losing my clients if I don't give them what they want.

It's difficult for me to focus and I feel quite lethargic. I need caffeine to pick me up!

I consider myself a very estable person. I allow myself to feel my emotions without letting them take over me.

I find it difficult to show up and become visible for my audience. It feels scary
