Can You Tell Me How You Make Stir Fried Noodles? Stir-fried noodles are easy to make. All you need are 350g of flat egg noodles, 45ml vegetable oil, 225g of mushroom, 200g of chicken strips, 100g of chopped garlic, 225g of bean sprouts and 15ml of soy sauce. I cook the noodles in boiling water for four minutes and drain it. Then I pour the oil on to a hot saucepan and add the strips of chicken. When it's cooked I take it out. Then I put the mushrooms into the hot oil. Then I add the garlic and the bean sprouts and fry for 3 minutes. After that I add the noodles and stir it. Then I add the soy sauce and stir it. I take it out on to a large plate and put the chicken strips on top. That's it, 'Stir Fried Noodles'.
