What are some risk factors of developing osteoporosis?

Female ages late 40s to early 50s, family history, poor diet - low calcium, lack of vitamin D, smoking, drinking to much (2per/day), early menopause, sedentary lifestyle, long term use of medication (some)

How do you know if you have osteoporosis?

A bone density test is taken using a DEXA scan, which measures the strength of your bones
