Hi Kelly, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Orders go into processing every few hours and we are not able to catch them all. It looks like this PO was not able to be caught in time to be changed. Please let us know if you need an RA and we would be happy to set one up with a waived restock fee. Also, I took a look at your account and I noticed we could set up your UPS account number as a default payment option for freight.
