The Publisher associates any page changes to the package.

In the Verification Phase, the Section Manager determines which documents require field testing.

The Publisher is responsible for monitoring all associated documentation in the Awaiting Required Documents stage.

The Clearance phase includes the publisher, final administrative, section manager, and group manager.

The Originator should begin the SRM package after they begin their MTD package.

The modification/documentation function is broken into phases of work: the project establishment phase, the study phase, the modification kit phase, directive phase, and the implementation phase. The modification and directive phases are usually accomplished separately.

Site Specific SSMs require Directive Verification testing.
