When big emotional upsets happen I
Allow my feelings to come through but they don't take over
Recover quickly
Feel the impact strongly and replay the incident in my head
Respond strongly and stay in the feeling
When things don't go as planned
Even if I get frustrated I can move beyond it quickly
I internalize the disappointment/frustration and it stays with me
