CMEDirect Quiz

When I am trying to login to login to CMEDirect, I am getting Connection to Server Failed. Can you let me know what should I do?
Un-install/reinstall CMEDirect
Confirm that the user is set-up in CMEDirect, then escalate to TOCC
Send the CMEDirect Installation guide and ask the client to have their internal IT to go through it.
Click on Settings -> Test Connection
