Do You Have Adrenal Fatigue?

Do you experience fatigue between 2-4 pm or 7-9pm?

Do you crave salt or salty foods?

Do you crave sweets and/or caffeine?

If so, do you get a short-term energy boost followed by fatigue?

Do you have night sweats?

Do you have poor sleep patterns? (being able to fall asleep, but waking 1 or more times or even waking at the same times every night)

Have you had an increase in abdominal fat?

Have you noticed a decrease in muscle mass (usually seen in the upper arm/shoulder area or thighs)

Are you stiff or sore when you get out of bed in the morning?

Are you stiff or sore when you rise from a sitting position that you've been in for 20-30 minutes or more?

Do you have episodes of low blood sugar? (hypoglycemia)

Have you developed allergies recently?

Have your allergies worsened?

Are you experiencing asthma, skin conditions, or recurrent infections?

Do you have upper back/neck/shoulder pain/stiffness/soreness?

Do you experience rapid muscle fatigue? (This can be seen as a weak/tired feeling in thighs when climbing stairs, or felt in arms when holding arms extended)

Do you have low/no/diminished libido?

Do your wrists or ankles swell later in the day? This may be worse on one side.

Do you ever get dizzy/lightheaded/have a feeling of fullness in your head/ears/eyes when you stand up quickly? This can also be seen as having ringing in the ears or seeing flashes.

Do you react to the pupillary light test? Stand in a totally dark room in front of a mirror. Using a flashlight and holding it to the side of your head, flash the beam of light across your eye. It should be about 6 inches from your temple. If your pupil fluctuates in contractions, you may be experiencing adrenal weakness.
