How stressed are you?

1. How’s your sleep?
I love my sleep and get plenty of it.
I sometimes have trouble sleeping when I’m very busy or have a lot to do the next day.
I rarely get 8 hours – I often have to sacrifice sleep to get things done or I have insomnia and lay awake worrying about work or the things I need to do.
2. How well do you look after yourself?
I take time to eat well, relax and exercise regularly.
I sometimes binge on fast food/junk food and I’d like to exercise and chill out more.
My busy schedule means I usually have takeaways/ready meals or just fill up on junk food and I don’t exercise regularly or have much “me time”.
3. How’s your social and family life?
I regularly spend time with friends and family and have lots of fun get-togethers.
I do get to enjoy family and social get-togethers but I sometimes cancel or postpone due to work or other pressures.
I rarely spend quality time with friends and family – I’m often too busy or not in the mood.
4. How’s your digestive system?
I don’t really think about it so it must be working OK.
Most of the time it’s pretty good but I have noticed I can feel sick or get butterflies when I’ve got a busy day or a lot of pressure on me.
I worry about my digestion – I often feel sick and get stomach pains.
5. How’s your thinking?
I can think clearly and don’t overcomplicate things.
Sometimes I wish I could be more focused and efficient.
I often find it hard to concentrate or make decisions - I’ve made a few rash decisions actually.
6. How’s your temper?
Pretty good most of the time unless something big happens.
I don’t think it’s a problem but I sometimes I can be a bit snappy about silly things.
I’ve noticed I’m more short-tempered than I used to be and little things can easily set me off.
7. How’s your general health?
I’m lucky, I don’t seem to get many bugs or colds and usually feel fairly healthy.
I’ll usually catch a couple of colds/ bugs every year and I sometimes feel a bit run down.
I often feel exhausted and I always seem to have a cold or a virus or irritated skin.
