Have you been in direct contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks? (Direct contact is defined as anything less than 6 feet for 15 or more minutes)

If you have been in direct contact with someone that tested positive in the last 2 weeks, please contact Natalie Loesch immediately via phone at (616) 260-8727 or via email at nloesch@serv-u-success.com.

If you have not been in direct contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19, there is no concern and you can remain working.

Be sure to follow Serv-U and Meijer guidelines remaining 6 feet apart with PPE such as masks and gloves. Practice good hygiene by washing your hands for 20 seconds and sanitizing after touching high touch surfaces.

If you are planning on getting tested for COVID-19 you can find helpful information on the COVID Crisis Communication page. Please inform Human Resources if you test positive for COVID regardless of if you are experiencing symptoms.

If you have not been in direct contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19, there is no concern and you can remain working.

If you have not been informed of direct contact by your local health department or someone that has tested positive then there is no concern and you can remain working. If you are still unsure whether you should remain working, feel free to contact Human Resources to clarify any questions or concerns.
