No there is no minimum time for these exam

The VO has got no time left in their visit but no candidates are showing up in the visit, what do you think happened?

The VO deleted the entries them selves.

The VO left the candidates in their basket and clicked the back button on the web browser instead of the portal back button which cause the entries to disappear.

The entries disappeared because they didn't pay for them.

I had added a late entry but the examiner said they cannot see it on their list?

VO forgot to click pay and submit and the entry is sitting in their basket

There is a known issue with late entries syncing up to the examiners Ipad. So the examiner has to add it on the day as a gate crasher which causes the result to release slightly longer than usual.

The examiner needs to refresh their Macarto to view the updated candidate list.
