How Do You Make Decisions ?

When picking my outfit for the day I:

Wear about the same thing every day; or consider a few options then make a decision; it takes me less than 5 minutes to get dressed

Consider every option, try on several outfits before finally deciding on the perfect one; it takes me more than 15 min to get dressed

When buying a new piece of electronic equipment I:

Spend a long time researching, ensuring that I have the best quality for the best price.

Go with the first choice that's within my budget and will fulfill my major requirements

When finding a place to eat:

I research the menu, location, and prices thoroughly to ensure the best experience.

I go to a place someone recommended, or somewhere in the ballpark of what I'm in the mood for; I don't spend a lot of time deciding

When picking classes:

I research the professor, the class, the workload, and ask anyone who has taken it how it is.

I pick whatever sounds interesting or is at a time I like

When looking for a place to live:

I research the city, building, landlord, etc. And spend a lot of time searching to find the best square footage, location, price, etc.

I go with the first place I find that is good enough for me to be content.

When grocery shopping:

I compare brands for quality and price

I pick any brand or the one I'm used to

When picking a movie:

Look over reviews or ask friends for recommendations

I watch whatever looks entertaining

When planning a night out:

I compare my options for activities and venues based on atmosphere, price, who is going to be there, etc.

I don't think about it to much, I make it up as I go; I don't care as long as I have a good time

When planning my day:

I schedule everything precisely in order to maximize my efficiency and free-time

I make a mental outline of my day

When receiving medical attention:

Research my doctor to ensure that I get the best treatment.

I trust that any doctor I go to is fine for me because they are all medical professionals
