A) You accept responsibility, view it as a normal part of life, and focus on the lesson.
B) You spiral into self-blame, feeling like a failure as a person, not just someone who made a mistake.
C) You immediately look for external factors, bad luck, or someone else to blame to protect your track record.
D) It throws you off balance for a bit, but you are actively working on forgiving yourself and fixing the issue.

How do you view the success of your peers or colleagues?
A) Natural and necessary. I can say "no" without guilt and respect others' boundaries too.
B) Terrifying. I often over-compromise because I'm afraid people won't like me if I say no.
C) Aggressive. My boundaries are rigid walls, and I tend to get angry if people don't anticipate them.
D) Work in progress. I am learning how to state my needs clearly, even if it feels uncomfortable.
