Lazarus, we're comming!

Delphi was THE KING for a short while at the end of the '90s.
But it obviously struggles today. A LOT.
There are NO JOBS at all (for example, way under 400 jobs right now in the whole of Germany).
The updates are slow. The language does not evolve fast enough.
Bugs are plenty in the IDE in the VCL in the RTL.
And Embarcadero expects us to pay thousands of euros for this.

Question:
If enough people will migrate from Delphi to Lazarus, would you migrate also?
