How do you manage?

When trying to capture Miner Forty-Niner, a teammate makes a plan on how to do it. You like the idea, but it is not what you had in mind. You react by saying:

You just found out that the ghost of Mr. Hyde is terrifying Coolsville. Your first reaction is to think how you want to capture the ghost in the most efficient way. Someone shares their plan with the team and you like it, but you think it is missing a few steps that yours had that are sure to work. You reply with:

The Phantoms of Magic Manor are creating chaos around Coolsville. All of the members of Mystery Inc. Start arguing about how they plan to capture the phantoms. How do you reply to this situation?

Your team is in the middle of hunt for the Pterodactyl Ghost & you realize that the plan will no longer work to capture it. As a team, you start brainstorming. They ask for your opinion because you do not seem happy & you reply:

Mystery Inc. Is feeling down after the Phantom Racer escaped for the second time. As a team, you are more determined than ever to catch the monster & close the mystery to who has been behind all of the chaos. You have been listening to others ideas on how to catch the ghost, & tensions are beginning to rise. How do you react to this conflict?

All of Mystery Inc. Is scared that they won't catch the Black Knight Ghost. Everyone has a different perspective on the best way to go about capturing the monster. You are starting to get aggravated. What do you say?
