No, numbers must be confirmed at least 3 days before

What happens if someone is overpaid or some guests don't arrive?
Immediate refund
Get on duty manager for guidance/help
Explain we can store credit them to either come back in the future or spend on other food/beverage etc

Explain that unfortunately that is out of our hands and there is a reason we ensure confirmation 3 days prior
What are the first things that should be done Sat/Sun morning?
Check party rooms are correct

When must a party pay the non-refundable $50 deposit?
Upon making the booking

Can I bring in a cake?
No, we have a strict no outside food policy

Not unless approved by a staff member
