MSK and NON MSK Causes of pain

35 year old male with history of intermittent pain on left side lower abdomen radiating to anterior aspect of left hip worse with getting out of bed, getting up the stairs, after football and relieved with rest. Felt pain next day after playing football 3-4 months ago. Rested for 5 weeks and pain started again when started playing football. On assessment tenderness over left lower abdomen and left anterior aspect of hip, squat- pain on left side of lower abdomen, lunge- pain with right lunge on the lower abdomen left side, squat jumps - slight pain reported, hopping- no pain, resisted hip sit up painful on left side. What could be the diagnosis ?

A 78 year old man with no significant past medical history presents with 4 days of right shoulder pain. The pain is located over the acromioclavicular joint. The pain is worse at night with lying down and associated with shortness of breath. He states that the pain is better during the day. He is an avid ping pong player and does not have pain or shortness of breath with playing ping pong. Except for abdominal bloating he denies any other symptoms. The shoulder exam is normal. An X-ray of the shoulder shows mild osteoarthritis in the AC joint but is otherwise normal. What could be the diagnosis ?

40 year old female patient with flare-ups of back pain over the last few years. MRI scan of her back 2 years ago was normal. No trauma. Morning stiffness lasts over 30 minutes in the morning, responds well to NSAID’s. PMH: IBS, psoriasis. Family history of OA. What could be the diagnosis ?

13 year old boy with history of left knee pain since 4 months which gets worse while doing PE,- twisting/ rotation of the knee, lunge, jumping. No swelling, locking or giving way in the knee with full range of motion of knee, no loss of weight, loss of appetite, night pain or night sweats. No relevant medical history with himself, family history of both grand parents having bowel cancer. He likes to play cricket 4 times a week. What could be differential diagnosis ?
