It's a must! Wouldn't be Allovue without it.
Pretty important. Allovue would be very different without Thirdly.
It's good but honestly we've been trucking along fine without it.
If Thirdly was zapped from the Allovue consciousness altogether I would not miss it.

Assume there are no options for an in-person Thirdly at least through 2020. How often would you like to see "virtual thirdlies"?
SAME! Thrice a year, as usual. Would be nice to maintain some normalcy!
FEWER! Since they have to be virtual and we meet once a week, we could manage on 1 or 2 a year.
MORE! Since we are virtual and don't have to coordinate travel or spend lots of money, why not do more and generate more ideas as a staff?

Unstructured time for teams
Games (trivia, word games, etc)
Full company virtual happy hour
Questions (or other games that are created for the group specifically)
Virtual performance (like we had with Ellen Cherry)
Show and tell
Something active like a dance class or yoga
Something soothing like meditation or a sound bath
Something service oriented (either as a group remotely or structured time for you to do a service project locally)
Something seasonal (Secret Santa, etc)
Since we can't be in person, I'm not really into the whole remote social thing.

Since we span timezones, how do you think we should take breaks?
Short (15-30mins) breaks every 2 hours so people can eat whenever.
Short/Long breaks around approximate mealtimes (10 min bathroom breaks, then a full hour for lunch, etc)
Everyone should feel free to come in and out as necessary, but that means fewer scheduled breaks.
How would you prefer Thirdly be structured?
More days, fewer hours per day.
Pack as much into one day as possible.
