An Appointment Confirmation Email is the same as an Appointment Reminder Email

An Estimate Confirmation is used to send a quote to a customer.

You can manually send a text to a client under the client's profile.

The booking forms send out emails and texts that can be turned off.

Booking Confirmation Emails are sent once you click "Convert to subscription" and an appointment is successfully created.

ZenMaid customers can send an Appointment Confirmation text only when they are creating the first appointment for a customer (for one-time and recurring).

You can always see the body of an email in Postmark even though ZenMaid may show empty.

The email templates under the Actions tab in a customer profile are different than the email templates under the Actions tab in an appointment profile.

The Property Manager Marketing & Real Estate Marketing email templates in a customer profile have the same wording.

When new employees are added, they get an automatic welcome email.
