Ask her to step into the hallway for a restorative conversation.
Call her parents immediately.
Tell her, "I'm glad I ain't your momma!"
Call the office because you definitely need assistance.
Scenario #2: Two students get into a minor scuffle while standing in the hallway. Beyonce pulled Kim Kardashian's hair, and Kim gave Beyonce a scratch on the arm.
Ignore them. Giving them attention will just make it worse.

Get out your cell phone to start recording and put it on Facebook Live.
Wait until the end of the day to email someone about it.

Alert admin or deans immediately so that they can call DPD and do a DPR report.
Tell the students to have a restorative conversation in the hallway.

Call Dad to discuss your conversation and tip him off that DPD may be contacting him.
Call the office to have them radio admin. Someone will come to cover your class. Since you are a mandatory reporter, you must go through the mandatory reporting process.

Have a 1:1 discussion with the student to reemphasize school policy and expectations.
