Moderately challenging goals while being provided with frequent feedback

To work with others on the assignment rather than individually

Being given assignments that increase your responsibility (i.e. Group leader, coordinator, etc.)

I love working with others, it makes things so much easier!

I'd rather work alone but if I have to be in a group then I want to be the best!
