ACTIVE CAMPAIGN QUIZ. Part II. Application

Assuming that you already created a free Active Campaign account and a list. Please create a form and screen capture your finished form. Consider the following when creating the form;

Form name should be TruBooksCreation Webinar Form
Choose the list ( the one that you just created) and form style should be the Inline Form
Your form should have the following fields; Full Name, Email, Phone and Captcha
For your Form Style, background color should be Red, font color is black, border color is yellow with 5 pixel size, and width should be 476 pixel size.
Your button should be blue in color, text is white, button border is 1 pixel size, and padding is 14 pixel size.

P.S. Don’t forget to screen capture your finished form. If you’re confident with the form creation, create another form and please screen capture it!

Create a campaign using Welcome Email template. Make your campaign look appealing by selecting the right color background, font, button, etc. Please provide a screen capture of your finished campaign. Email Link or Screen capture to me when done.
