Now sit down (w/towel) and push on your bladder for 10 seconds.

Imagine a waterfall and release your bladder for 5 seconds

Now listen to this story while drinking a full cup/glass of water. (this story is made up) So me and my friends were playing the "hold your pee challenge. We each drank a glass of water every minute and if we peed we were out. I really had to pee, but I held it in. Did I mention we played next to a fountain? The spaying water drpping tormented us all. We had to hold it. One of my friends dropped out and ran to the bathroom, making it in time. I won, when my other friend bolted to. I tried to wattle over, but my bladder had to let it go. I received sweet relief when the pee trickled down my leg and left my bladder empty. Now how do you feel?

Now, turn up your water music and hold your hands under warm water for 30 seconds

Now go sit/stand by/on the toilet in position with all your clothes on

Now sit, relax your bladder for 5 seconds and stand back up and stretch in your favorite stress relaxing stretch

Hold your crotch and drink 2 more glasses of water

Now spread your legs out, and press on your bladder. Then do two spurts.

For this last part stuff loads of tp in your underwear.

Do some spurts while holding hands in water

Now relax your bladder. If you go, you lose.

Now let it out. You can do it in your pants with the tp or go to the toilet.
