I need ample career opportunities vertical, horizontal & diagonal to choose from & effective learning & development systems to facilitate career growth

I need to work for a well -established brand with a clear competitive edge. The brand should deliver on the promises they make while hiring

I don’t mind working for a new organization (not very well known in the market) as long as my expectations are met
Brand value is not important for me. I just want to work & learn

My senior leadership should be highly credible to build organization’s strategic direction & easily approachable
My senior leadership should be credible & provide me with a sense of accomplishment when I perform well
My senior leadership should be credible to guide the organization in the right direction. I don’t expect them to interact with every employee individually
I don’t care about my leadership as long as my career growth & learning is as per my expectation

It is extremely crucial to know how my contribution helps the organization succeed so that I can do my best
