How many times do you breath per minute? ( Set a timer)

How do you inhale?

Completely relax all your muscles for 5-7 minutes including your breathing muscles. Then on one of your normal exhales, plug your nose and count until your next urge to breath. Must be a natural urge not a desperate urge otherwise you have held your breath too long.
