Walton Funding was formed with the intent of bringing our borrowers the most favorable lending terms available in the market. We specialize in finding solutions that don't meet standard agency criteria.
Our qualified borrowers have transparent access to wholesale rates, giving them some of the best rates available in the industry. Walton Funding also can bring multiple funding sources to our borrowers, allowing us to build programs and find solutions that are not available at traditional banks.

Mike has spent the last 25+years on the Panhandle of Florida and Coastal Alabama lending money. Primarily Construction and Portfolio Bank lending. Mike focuses on finding lending solutions for Real Estate Investors and Builders. Brokers in the area sometimes offer similar products, but you want to work with an expert in the field to give you confidence that YOUR DEALl will get done.
