Beginning of Term Student Survey

I will give my best effort on all of my assignments, even if they are difficult/time-consuming.

I will listen and pay attention in class.

If I receive a low score, I will reflect on my work and determine how I can improve.

I will utilize my teacher's comments and suggestions to improve in the class.
