Interject in the session with out a proper introduction and let them know they are completely wrong.
Step in politely before they get too far into things and explain the process in a very encouraging manner to avoid a negative reaction.
Walk straight up to the trainer and let them know regardless of how it may sound that they are wrong.
Avoid saying anything but tell your lead or manager about the situation.
If a trainee disappears during the training session what should you do?
Continue to train the other associates.
Continue to train but let the manager of the department know that your trainee never returned.
Leave your trainees to go look for the associate.
Wait until the end of your shift to report this incident.
