As you follow the script ask the Cust again for how many bedrooms and bathrooms are there in his property (He did mention this at the start of the call)
For pressure clean: We don’t offer it and should inform the Cust
For pressure clean: Mention that you will include it in the EOL without any extra charges
In order to get sale, its ok to make promises which will be difficult to keep later on.
