Builders Cleaning - 2 months after the cleaning was done the builder is complaining that the windows are dirty and demands that you send someone to clean them Urgently. Is the builder entitled for Free re-clean

You called a Cust for EOL lead, Cust straight away mentioned that he needs cleaning for 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Later he mentioned he wants Garage Pressured Cleaned and patio Pressured Cleaned also. What actions are inappropriate?

As you follow the script ask the Cust again for how many bedrooms and bathrooms are there in his property (He did mention this at the start of the call)

For pressure clean: We don’t offer it and should inform the Cust

For pressure clean: Mention that you will include it in the EOL without any extra charges
