It's me, your friend. I've decided to change my name and would like others to start using it. But I know that y'all have known me as [REDACTED] for a very long time. However, I am also extra and impatient, so I have created this quiz in order to speed up the new-name learning process.
As my dear friend, your goal is to retake this quiz until you get 100%. You may be thinking, "This seems a bit excessive." It is. I know that, but being a Queer™ is exhausting and I would prefer for the new-name-learning process to happen a lot quicker. That is not to say that I don't think slip-ups will happen: of course they will! However, I think this quiz will answer some questions and also lessen the burden on both of us. I am very much prepared for mess-ups, but in return, I ask that you prepare yourself to catch yourself when there is a slip-up.
The action of actively trying to change the way you see me and educating yourself is the greatest apology for a mistake regarding my new name. And if you are reading this and feel uncomfortable or annoyed that I changed my name, then I would like for you to tell me directly so that we can talk it out and reconsider our relationship. I choose the amount of disrespect I take, and I will not be taking disrespect of this nature. If you're reading this, I'm comfortable enough to call you out on your bullshit and gift back the same amount of disrespect shown to me. We both deserve better than that.
So good luck! Change doesn't happen overnight, but hopefully, your openness to MY change will benefit you in yours c:

Thank you for reaching the final question. I hope this quiz answered some questions and also helps you remember my name. The BIGGEST thing I saw that helps with remembering a friend's new name is repetition, so if you got some questions wrong then take this quiz again until you get them right. To make things easier, questions without an asterick can be skipped (as those questions were more for background info and are meant to be taken on the first run of the quiz) and questions with an asterick cannot be skipped.
(Note: it's not possible for it to display you got all the questions right if some are skipped :0, so don't worry if it says you didn't get them all right.)
I don't want this quiz to exist as a "Man, Tricio really doesn't trust that I'll remember their name..." because that isn't the purpose. The purpose of it is that I'm a little bitch boy that likes fast results and I don't know how to come out in a normal manner. That is all. But also, if you happen to slip up, then refer back to what I said at the beginning of the quiz: the biggest apology is change, meaning a changed behavior and mindset. Ask yourself WHY this is important to me, and why it may be important to other trans folk who go through name changes as well.
Feel free to type any questions/comments down below and I can message you privately to answer anything, just make sure to leave your name so I know who left the question! If not then just click next to get your results.
Thank you my friend c: I love you and have a very good day, bye-bye
