How I remember the blood pressure??
Systolic- Top ( S+ T are next to eachother in alphabet
Diastolic= bottom (Down below)
Same with low and high blood pressure
Hypertension = high (HYPER- usually meaning your on a high)
Hypotension- HYPO theres a O in HYPO and LOW
