I like to improve and refine existing theories about things, and have demonstrable proof of expanding upon existing solutions to problems. I utilise and enhance methods that I know will work, and can provide proof of these optimisations if necessary.

I like to create entirely new theories about things, and have demonstrated proof of crafting entirely unique solutions to problems. I challenge existing methods, and can provide actual examples of this of this required.

When someone suggests a new idea, which sounds more like you?

I like to analyse the new idea, and generally aim to point out flaws or inconsistencies in them to understand how realistic they are. You could say I react to most new information and ideas with a degree of skepticism.

I like to appreciate the positive aspects of the new idea, and generally look for what is good, or right, about the idea. I suppose you could say I generally give the other person and the idea the benefit of the doubt.

When you've got something to do, I.e work, or a task - which of the following sounds closest to you?

I like to seek out the information required to continue with the work. I generally stop trying to gather more information than is necessary. I find it difficult to chill out while there is still work to be done. I'm great at just sticking to the one project, and dismissing new possibilities until the current one is complete.

I always keep the doors open to new information, beyond what is strictly required for the work or project. I have a hard time focusing on the work, when I'm being mentally stimulated elsewhere I.e my phone, an interesting conversation, or even just by my own thoughts. I am generally intrigued by new projects and am happy to look into them, and get back to my current project after exploring the new one a little.
