What's My Leadership Style

When there is conflict within my team, I:
Leave the team to sort it out amongst themselves
I try to resolve the conflict by bringing together everyone involved
Issue more tasks so the team stay focused on their work
My team are struggling to meet a looming deadline, so I:
Assist my team with their workload to set an example
Push my team to work longer and harder to make the deadline
Remind everyone of the deadline and let them continue working towards it individually
When coming up with ideas, I:
Create the vision myself, and present it to others
Enquire with my team, and get their feedback

Sit down with them and discuss their concerns
When setting out tasks, I:
Spread tasks out equally
Let my team pick what tasks they want to do based on their skills
Take on the bulk of the workload
If a team member isn't contributing, I:
Punish or expel them from the team as everyone needs to contribute
Talk to the individual in private to find out what circumstances they're currently in
Ignore them and focus on the rest of the team
Set them targets and supervise them to ensure these are met
