We have a lot of ad-hoc meetings for our team that could be tied all up into one (PBR, TAG, Programme / P6 stuff, Risk Reviews, O&M WG Preparation etc). Would you prefer the approach of trying to tackle most of this in one standalone session or separate, shorter meetings occurring throughout the month as normal?

Longer, periodic session which consolidates some of the smaller meetings occurring throughout the month.

We have set some provisional dates up but please specify here what dates/ times work best for you, and what to avoid (E.G – If Tuesdays are a horrible day, if NWR week 1 is a really busy week for you or if you travel on certain days etc).
