Name & Credentials
Enter your name and any credentials you would like included. This will be shown at the top of your CPMC Profile Page (as seen below).
Title & Organization(s)
If you'd like the name of organization and title, list that here. Be sure to use a “;” to separate different titles/orgs. We will automatically add “CPMC” for you. This will be displayed next to your profile picture (as seen below):
Contact Information
Include any and all forms of contact you would like included. This can include your personal and/or work email, links to social media pages, personal or work websites, etc. Your contact info will be displayed beneath your titles/orgs (as seen below):
