A client has come in with an unrealistic makeup that was created in an artistry play estimating 3 hours. You only have one 1 hour available booked out. What do you do?
Explain in detail how this kind of makeup isn’t an appointment based makeup due to the allocated time slot and ask them what they like about the makeup and incorporate that into a style more suit to them.

It’s a hot day of prom season and you’re on your 3rd client of the day. You notice whilst in application your client turns white and unexpectedly passes out on you due to heat exhaustion and lack of food! What do you do in this situation?
Lay her into recovery position and wait until she awakes. Then give her a sugary drink, some biscuits and then take her outside for fresh air. Once she’s cooled down and feels well, continue with the makeup.
Lay her into recovery position and ring an ambulance for assistance and listen to advice given from the operator. As I lance arrive and say she doesn't need to go to the hospital. However you explain that you aren't able to continue the makeup due to health and safety and send her off with tips and tester products to finish off herself.
Pick her up and place her near a window and place a cold flannel on her forehead to regulate her temperature and ring 111.
You've just ran out of your latex free glue without realising and only have the duo lash glue that contains latex but you’re unsure if your client is allergic or not. They agree for you to apply it but are unsure  if they've ever had it on before. What can you do to solve this?
Get her to sign a waiver agreeing to your terms and conditions involving this.
Explain that due to health and safety without a patch test they can’t be applied be yourself in the shop but she is more than welcome to take the lashes home

You're client runs into their appointment by 15 mins and you only have an hour booked out. What do you do?
Take that 15 mins off their time frame due to other clients and explain this hoping they understand. Offer them either the option of brows and heavy eyes or a soft full face, something to suit the time frame.
Still treat them like an hour appointment hoping that your following client understands
Do whatever you can in the time frame, don’t ask them what they want as they have already missed the time frame for discussion.
Your client won’t come off their phone and it’s causing complications in the makeup. What do you say or do?
Tell them to sit still or they’re going to have a wonky liner and that the phone should wait

A client has cancelled last minute and is asking for a refund on her deposit or for it to be transferred, even though they know the refund policy. What’s the next step?
Allow her to transfer the date, even though it leaves you without profit for today.
Refuse the refund and state how her deposit covers for the allocated slot she hasn’t attended

Your client has turned up to an appointment with and old bruised eye and is tender when applied with heavy pressure. The client is happy for you to work over the area as it isn’t broken skin. What do you do?

Refuse to work over the area as it’s going to take more product to cover and can make the area worse.

Your client has got individuals on already and refuses a pair of lashes to go over the top as they are a fresh set. However this is fall out all over the lashes, what should you do?
Apply a natural one and don’t tell them, you’re doing them a favour.
Just coat them in black mascara as this will help to darken the lash and even them out of any fall out
Use a clean mascara wand with the smallest amount of oil free cleanser to help catch the product.
Your client has eczema on the eyes and struggles with the skin becoming dry. What should you apply?
Place simple moisturiser in all the areas where it’s dry and rub in till it’s disappeared. Still continue the makeup as normal.
Ask them what does and doesn’t irritate their skin to avoid irritation. Apply e45 cream and allow it to sit on the skin to soak up the moisture and rub in the excess gently. Advise them to have a soft application to avoid layering of dry products and try to stick to sensitive designed products such as natural sprays like cucumber or aloe Vera & cream based products.
Use a steroid cream designed for eczema (but not been prescribed) and drag products over the area to lift the dry skin.
